Upcoming and Recent Events

Hello to all who plan on attending the first Avacal Tir Righ War!

As this is a first year event I’ve had to go on “gut feeling” when finding a site, and booking bifs as far as numbers for the event, I tried to entice folks to pre reg by offering free t shirts to the first 25, but alas it’s been hard to even give those away. At this point, including the royals I have about 30 people “known” to be attending.

I’m not looking for a person to pre register now, what I am looking for is some understanding around the camp.

We have booked about ten acres. Which is plenty of space for 60-110 people (my original “gut” on the numbers) but a Wonderful Thing has happened, from the sounds out there MANY people and households are planning on supporting their Principality  and we are now expecting closer to 200 people. So please pack little tighter, share sunshades instead of everyone bringing their own and we should have plenty of space.

If you have a large group attending drop me a note with about how much space you’d like (keeping in mind that we need to fit in tight) by Wednesday.

I’m so excited that we’ll have such a strong turn out for this historic event and I look forward to seeing you all soon!

HRH Wrenn

PS Don't forget that the fantastic tshirts will be sold onsite: ONLY $10!
